How to Use the Custom Breathing Timer

  1. Set up phases — adjust the name, duration (1–30s), and type (inhale / hold / exhale) for each phase. Click the colour dot to change a phase colour.
  2. Add or remove phases — use + Add phase to add up to 8 phases. Any pattern with 2 or more phases is valid.
  3. Press Start and breathe along with the circle.
  4. Use More settings to set a timer duration (5 min, 10 min, etc.) and toggle the phase-start sound.
  5. Press Focus mode for a distraction-free full-screen view.
