A whole chicken takes about 45 min/kg at 180 °C (350 °F). Chicken breasts need around 20 min/kg. Safe internal temperature for all poultry is 75 °C (165 °F).
Beef roast is about 35 min/kg at 180 °C for medium (70 °C internal). Brisket runs longer at ~60 min/kg. Steaks are calculated differently based on the cut.
