How to sharpen an image

About this tool
This tool sharpens images using an unsharp mask technique applied via the HTML5 Canvas API. A standard 3×3 sharpening convolution kernel is blended with the original pixel data — the slider controls how strongly the kernel is applied. Everything runs in the browser; your image is never uploaded to any server. Supports JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF files.
Common uses include restoring detail to slightly blurry photos, making scanned documents crisper, enhancing product images, and improving the appearance of downscaled or compressed pictures.
